At Build Redux, we want to ensure your gaming rig meets your exact performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your system within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Your Hardware

  Pack your PC in its original internal foam packaging and double-box it to prevent any physical damage during transit, ensuring all accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Build Redux

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and original components, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
